What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email, and any phone, business name, current website, type of work and message you type. If you telephone or email us, we keep the details needed to quote and carry out the work.

Why

We use that information to reply, prepare a scope and quote, and keep records of the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the business, and contract where you instruct us to proceed.

How long

Enquiry messages are kept long enough to deal with the job and any follow-up. Project records are kept for as long as they are useful for support and accounts, then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. Hosting is on our web server. We may share information if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or (where it applies) delete it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
